And now, for all the disclaimers and legal stuff. It’s long, it’s boring, but it’s important to read it before you place an order. It may answer your questions, and if there’s an issue this is what we’ll refer to. Condition of Parts: Adobe Bricks only sells NEW parts, and we store them out of direct sunlight in a smoke-free environment. Our bricks, minifigs, pieces, and parts only come from new LEGO sets. They are only handled to sort out sets and fill orders. A few words about NEW parts... These are parts that have never been played with and that have come to us directly from sealed sets or other reputable sources of new parts. NEW doesn’t mean MINT CONDITION. Parts get banged around in transit, and sometimes have minor imperfections and/or scratches. We do not sell parts with major damage or imperfections: we toss them out. We don’t want to build with them, and we presume you don’t either. We won’t sell anything we wouldn’t use ourselves when we build, and we only want to build with the best bricks possible. Shipping: We only ship inside the United States. We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship packages. Our minimum order is $5.00, and the minimum shipping is $3.25 + $1.25 for processing. Small and lightweight orders will be shipped in padded bubble envelopes. If your order is more than 13 ounces, we’ll ship via Priority Mail and their shipping rates begin at $5.60. We ship orders 2-3 times a week. Once your payment clears, we’ll ship your order in 1-3 business days. If your payment clears on a Friday, we’ll ship your order between Monday–Wednesday of the next week. Insurance is optional. If you choose not to insure your package, we are not responsible if it’s lost or damaged. If you want insurance, please let us know when placing your order so we can include it on your invoice. Orders are shipped to the address in your BrickLink member profile. Please be sure it’s complete and correct BEFORE you order. We are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address because your profile information wasn’t up-to-date. If your order is over $100, you MUST be verified through PayPal. Payment: Adobe Bricks ONLY accepts PayPal. Do not send payment until we send you an invoice. We need time to assemble, pack, and figure out how much your order weighs so we can determine your charges. It can take us a couple of days to get all this done, especially at peak times, so your patience is appreciated. Don’t worry, we’ll send you an invoice as quickly as we can. Once you get the invoice, you have 10 business days to remit payment. If we do not receive payment within 10 days, we will file a Non-Paying Buyer alert with BrickLink, cancel your order, and leave negative feedback. (We’d rather you pay in a timely manner, get left positive feedback, and have an awesome time playing with our bricks.)
