I suggest that the word "USED" on the invoice be highlighted in red or some color so it is clearly seen when picking orders. It may be just me but I do not have very much used Lego listed at this time and I have found myself looking for a long time for an item in my new inventory when I finally realize it is "Used" Today I picked new instead of used and wondered why my inventory was off in my new items.
