I would think the buyer has to update their address on their end in their Paypal account right or am I wrong, IDK. For seller protection, what matters is the address that appears on the PayPal transaction record, i.e. the one used at the time the buyer paid.    Also in this situation would you charge the buyer another shipping label with a new tracking number? Absolutely yes. (Whose fault is it here?) I would prefer the communications happen via BL's message system for my seller protection. All these depend on the value of order. Is it $600 or $100? It would change a lot it I was the seller. If I create the label with my business account of CanadaPost, I may be able to call them and ask them to redeliver it with the # Apt. on top of it.    Kind of of need some help on this one.
