buyer asks for pictures - pictures sent - worried buying trying to hack into
your account - item sold - buyer ghosted.
I know I'm probably missing something but if not what made you think they
were trying to get into your account and not just another NPB case?

gut feeling I guess. My problem is I'm not that good with what is going on
in the hacking world🙄 and I hope it was nothing
No worries then you should be all good. The current hacking issue with bricklink
is thru fake emails sent to sellers which have links that bring them to fake
login pages where phishers steal logging details which they then use to sign
into your account. So long as you don’t follow and email links and you have OTP
on bricklink enabled your store should be all good to go (and as a safeguard
to also have a backup of your inventory saved)
