I can’t find this piece and I’d like some more of them. Do any of you know what
this piece is?

Sorry, thought it showed up from my phone. I'll check again soon if it still
didn't work.

No worries. Looks suspiciously like this:

Part No: 80477 Name: Technic, Pin with Bar and Tow Ball, 3L
*
80477 Technic, Pin with Bar and Tow Ball, 3L
Parts: Technic, Pin {Dark Bluish Gray}
I say suspiciously because
yours is solid and doesn't have the notches on both sides that allow the
end to flex and push in to a hole. Are you sure it's LEGO?

Probably not, it has no technic pin and the ball doesn't fit into a a socket.

*
22484 Bar 1L with Tow Ball

With

Part No: 85861 Name: Plate, Round 1 x 1 with Open Stud
