| For example Part 3747a and 3747b is it correct that I understand that the full
part description of this variants I put in the comments so buyers see the old
item description. With this item I have done it. After 15 February this 2 will
be listed under 3747 if I am correct and BrickLink will do the proposed corrections?

Yes.

Not sure what you mean here. But it you made a zeugma/syllepsis with the “if,”
yes.
Now, you have two (or more) lots, for instance:
— lot N: 3747a, Slope without…, New, Blue, price P,
— lot M: 3747b, Slope with…, New, Blue, price Q.
After the merge, you’ll have the same lots, but with the new ID/name:
— lot N: 3747, Slope…, New, Blue, price P,
— lot M: 3747, Slope…, New, Blue, price Q.
After the merge, buyers won’t be able to tell the difference between the two
lots, unless you add the comment proposed in https://www.bricklink.com/help.asp?helpID=2629
or, as you said, the full old description.
