Hi Brandon, have you been given an answer to your query or have any further info? I was just thinking about this tonight as I have many partial sets and want to know which to prioritize to complete but it's hard to tell what the completion percentage bar indicates in wanted lists. Brickedboi. Bricklink averages things like this in strange ways. They do something similar for average sales prices too. They do a calculation per lot, then average that result over all lots irrespective of the size of the lots.
