If that's your real ratio, either your standards are un-reasonable or you don't know how to pick good sellers. I dont know what to say but yes that's accurate. I wouldn't say my standard are unreasonable, I only count what I mentioned above "cracks, bite marks, bad yellowing, and/or heavy wear" in that list. the orders are typically between $15-$100 made up of minifigure parts with a qty between 10-100 in most cases. it is an extremely rare thing for me to place an order of used minifigure parts and none arrive cracked, with bitemarks, yellowed, or badly damaged.
