I came across this part today and found it in 2 different colours   *  973pb1705c01 (Inv) Torso Train, Safety Vest with Train Logo Pattern on Both Sides / Olive Green Arms / Yellow Hands Parts: Minifigure, Torso Assembly, Decor. {Olive Green} I looked around and couldn't find any other version of this part listed. In person it doesn't look faded or anything as it in almost mint-like condition Please let me know the best way to proceed. Thanks! -Jason
